well I think RCY is a better bet than the crazy new one. How many people really going to pay a steep toll to drive to the airport. I know the fly-in-for-the-day banker executives probably find the traffic an annoyance, but are there really enough of those to pay the way for a $4bn tunnel ? Anyway the notion of flying around so much unecessarily may soon be a thing of the past.
RCY looks better than BCS to me.
