    Agreed. The stock has been hideously oversold. Exceptionally yielding as well at current prices.

    Without wanting to throw a wet blanket on PTN it is ripe for takeover. I have no problem with this but I am fearful that IF it is taken over it will sell too cheap.

    Net asset value alone takes the stock to be valued at $1.08 and business added would equate to $1.30ish.

    No wonder there are few sellers. I know people sell for a variety of reasons but holders don't sell too cheaply.
