I generally agree with your assessment re accounting profit. I hold them because the management seem to be reasonably sensitive to issues around quality. This applies to both land acquisition and the service they provide. The land they hold is very good quality. Ive been to the site on Canning river in Perth. Pretty much absolute riverfront. I believe the Sydney assets are similar.
