Of course, and all I've done like I've always stated is "IMHO" portray a "WORST CASE" scenario that the IAC Transaction does infact be deemed to have broken the AF Shareholders Agreement and could be awarded to D&C as compensation, have I not???

Never have I said that this WILL or COULD happen but all I've said is that be prepared for the worst case scenario, that's all. Whether this is realistic or not, I'm not a legal expert and I guess time will tell but I don't see the harm in discussing this and of course I am always open to other suggestions etc.

One thing I do make clear though, I don't think SRK (from reading all the Ann's etc) are in a winning position with this one, I personaly think D&C are but hey I could be wrong.
