The way they relaesed it was pretty sneaky too, under "other" as in to say "by the way" as if it didnt really matter.
This should really have been announced much earlier, when they first had not received payment.
This was really a factor in ppl purchasing this stock. I'm surprised if its not classified as withholding information, as it is market sensitive news.
