You're obviously very confident about your strong position.

I view things differently, but hey, that's what this forum is for.

Personally I don't believe there has been any spin-doctoring. My only issue is with the error in referring to the 51% which you have correctly pointed out.

I'm not sure if you've been given any info from the D&C end, but my info differs from that which you have based your comments on.

Anyway, until all is revealed and finalised, I guess neither of us will know the "real truth". I am confident about my position...but that doesn't mean I'm correct.
