Anyone see ITT's latest target statement?
Is it just me or is anyone having doubts on the management?
Right now with market sentiment rapidly dwindling, did not look flash to me. Combined with HGO having a defined resource and investors looking to lower risks at this tough time, I think that is why a lot of investors are choosing to accept HGO's offer.
