cyan, whenever the market is in turmoil spec traders often gather around one or two stocks with unquantifiable potential to put their energy into. in the august 07 correction it was IMI running from 1c to 7c. the first half of this year saw MAK run from 20c to $3, the last few months saw CDS from 15c to 50c.

granted, once the potential of the co becomes quantifiable, momentum will adjust to suit the market, which had dire consequences for IMI, not so much for the others (moral of the story, for long term gains avoid biotechs, stick to resources)


if FUT manages to be all that the indsiders are claiming, it might just be the next hot stock in a glum market.
