My assessment of the information you have posted, is that it is worthless.

You have stated the obvious in that when a company has a redundancy strategy staff will be uneasy, unhappy. Further, the company is endeavouring to revive itself from the dire financial position prevailing under the former management. It will take time to determine the success or otherwise of the turnaround strategy. Nothing new here.

You also say the new CEO doesnt impress you nor are a lot of others. Well, its easy to attack someone under your nome de plume and the view you express is'nt backed up with any substance. To quote your post "people are now starting to see her for what she is". Once again just another unsubstantiated and scurrilous attack under cover of your perceived anonimity. If any management deserves censuring its those that created the problems in the first place. By the way when you refer to "see her for what she is" would you like to elaborate as to what you mean.

On Commanders prospects, as a shareholder I expect major cost cutting to stabilise the financial position then the company can chip away towards re-establishing its credentials as a significant telecommunications company.

Commander is signing up new business through its business model and provided it continues its turnaround strategy in a disciplined way it might come good.

My response to the content of your post is not intended to counter your negativity but rather to expose the shallow nature of the post. The " see her for what she is" quote is disgraceful, contemptous and totally unacceptable.
