would have to agree with you there TBE; i was going off figures i got from some business new article that stated 800M. but i agree that if the total expenditure for foundation work etc is 800M then expect the hti installation to be a part of that. i guess we could have a look at the cost per m2 and total base of building as another potentially more accurate measure.
