So VRL are about to hold a special shareholders meeting, the sole apparent purpose is to issue even more options to the CEO who already has a lot of shares or options.
The question is, why can't this wait until the AGM in October ?
How much is the paperwork costing to send out all these meeting notices and then actually hold the meeting , just to approve more options for the CEO.
Its not as if this is a great performing company. I have held shares in it for 10 years now and they are worth today about what I paid for the initial purpose.
To waste 150k on a special meeting is still a waste.
