Rumors around Chinese investors are looking at buying up small gas producers with strong relations to bigger players as a means of jumping the queue and securing energy contracts. Don't know if there's anything in it but will be interesting to see how not only RPM but also BOW, VPE and to a lesser extent APA go today. All moved up yesterday. Think particular interest in Surat, central queensland. ESG possibly too.
