It all makes sense, if a car a mechanic has 1000's of dollars worth of work in the pipeline.. then $200 wont buy the parts he needs to do the work.. he will need to beef up his initial cash just to get the work started..

some principle here.. they had a bit in the kitty still so obviously this is more than desk work ahead of us now... IMO they need some serious cash to kickstart some serious projects... or else it was a sly way to get Lippo set.. either way it spells good news ahead :)
