With the offer from Lend Lease for FKP igniting the FKP share price (up aboy 30%) today and the report in today's Fin Review that Stockland were rebuffed by Valad at a 30% premium, lets hope this sparks a lift in the WTP shareprice via a re-pricing of property related stocks.
