did anyone else notice ABC did not address the the other two ACCC claims that ABC:
a) interfered with the role of the agent appointed in 2006 to hasten the divestment of the two centres and failed to reasonably assist the agent
b) failed to maintain the two centres as competitive going concerns so as to preserve the goodwill of the centres
I'm tempted to jump back in but their failure to address these issues makes me a bit iffy. Does anyone know anything about the validity of these claims?
