EME is so tightly held it doesnt take much volume to move it up. PDN or DML must be seriously looking at knocking EME now after todays metallurgy results. This is a massive upgrade for the Bigrlyi project. JRL yet to move with it, so may be the best entry to EME at this stage. Will also benefit more in the event of a takeover.
