I think there's a bit of that about it - but if they see a potential path to cashflow from the Bundarra asset then I'd prefer they spend the bulk of their money and time progressing that.
I think its also possible that some of the shares coming through at the moment are possibly from people unhappy with the installation of the new regime post UOG entry.
The low market cap and the Bundarra results make it an interesting one to keep an eye on imo.
