any idea if lowell would be disposing of their remaining holding? seems someone is clearly offloading a few 5mill and 10mill lots these last few days. can't see why Cygnet or other investors would be unloading prior to the main event, and i know lowell had around 40mill left, possibly 70mill oppies, and i understand that the acquisition of lowell was for "working capital purposes".
perhaps they intend on exercising the oppies for some more money?
