HC can be held accountable if you defame a director.

Therefore its not in their interest to allow anything that may appear to be defamatory.

Incidentally, i nearly bought some TTY at the beginning of the year.

However, after TTY bought into WVL, MK received a chair on the board and then sells out and flew the coup, that was enough for me to realise where he was coming from.
