Primes loss on Destra

64,800,000 @ 26 cents = $16,848,000 now worth $2,786,400 (4.3 cents) loss = $14m
146,853,536 @ 10 cents = $14,685,353 now worth $6,315,000 (4.3 cents) loss = $8.4m
Total loss = $22.4 million give or take a couple of dollars.
For this reason alone I believe we will see Prime get their money back and to break even they need a share price of 15 cents!
Note; Destra are still sitting on $5+ EBITDA profit before we remove $2.5m non-recurring items plus an amount for good will. And has a market cap of only $22m!
The unknown is what Prime can squeeze out of the company for 08-09 plus growth in the areas they want to grow!
