Mikey, what do you mean "morgan stanley using the shares they bought in the placement to short ABS into the ground"???? That makes little sense. Firstly, if they are dumping the shares they already bought, well thats not shorting. Secondly it makes very little sense for anybody to buy shares at 1.15 and sell them under a dollar. Buy low, sell high, remember ?
Unless there is some complicated play related to the other convertible securities they own.....
