3 weeks, which would align with Bill Cashs directors notice wouldnt it KTL.
But just how significant this should be given that Bill didnt buy many? But then I suppose any buying could be considered insider buying by the letter of the corporate law.And given the ASX's recent sensitivity to such issues with that Telstra director being accused of trading well within insider guidelines. So Bill may not want to attract the ire of the ASX/ASIC,hence the 3 weeks.
The other thing of course is its perfect timing in regards the court hearing which would give NS reason to cancel the legal action IF Aim could give the market a definitive direction and debt agreement on the balance of finance.I still think Bill has left the option very much open to a watery annmnt simply making a decision that they will go with the debt. This would be a bit pointless though imho and would not placate NS.
