    A market update regarding project funding options.Not exactly a final decision on getting finance is it Casper?

    Certainly doesnt sound like it to me.

    Only other possibility might be that they have capitulated on the debt and might be going for a shot at the TSX listing/issue again.NS would NOT be impressed.
