I worked at iSOFT for several years, including when the accounting issues arose. I'm not surprised that the IBA Health SP has suffered since.
There was always tension between iSOFT and IBA as the two main Aus Health software companies. Maybe if management and product offerings were reviewed and consolidated, the SP would be higher...
Why keep acquiring software vendors and try to continue developing multiple applications and release streams?
Just my opinion though...
