I dont think the deal is for 80% for 5.6mill
Per the announcement;
The JV is formed from the following;
- Pine Brook (56.5%) provide US 7mill + US 2mill of Assets
- Comet (43.5%) provide US 7mill of assets
Pine Brook have to contribute another US19mill to take ownership to 80%
Pinebrook therefore have to throw in a total of 28mill to take 80% share of the JV
