    TCM expand their Coal Assets..

    4 new permits

    TCM up 8% to $1.18 at time of writing...

    this is fantastic for HRS and HGL.

    I added more HGL today on the strength of this Anns..

    HGL are still very undervalued and down today!! 0.23 , bargain prices..
