1. Makes no differance to the company, options are good leverage for investors, they can get set 50% cheaper then the heads & once ORP share price gets going the options should follow at roughly 50% of the heads, but the risk of options is they expire (dyor)
2. ORPOA are .20 exercise by 31st Jan 2010
3. $2mil to get going? Im assuming your refering to my post regarding placement, I just used a rough figure of how much ORP would possibly be raising, they usually do small amount so more likely to raise around $1mil so they dont dilute the stock & keep it open to big gains once the market catches on.
