Yes, hindsight is a wonderful thing. But at that time you mention, the company still had +/- $1.5M left - so not really NEEDED at that point.

Who would’ve thought that by ticking a number of boxes since, and adding real value to the business, it wouldn’t have been reflected in the SP?!? Worse, it’s gone backwards?!?!

Like I said before...sometimes the SP gets ahead of itself and sometimes it gets behind. (Like where it is now.)

IMO a rights issue now would be riskier than bringing in Sophs. Besides, the price is good enough for people to buy at these levels anyway so it’s not as though anyone is missing out.

I mean, Jesus, it’s only just above where we were paid and there’s been a sh1t load more work done since then!

IMO it’s insanely good value here. But please, do your own research...
