You'll have to dig it up to qualify that OPEX as prior to today, all costs were capitalised against net revenue, and PLS haven't disclosed OPEX in their quarterly statements due to this reason (not require under accounting rules). Its probably a made up number you read on this forum as judging by the CF statements, as based on current plant operating parameters (through-put and recoveries), it looks like they won't really make much money at all at current realised prices.
