It costs hundred of millions to build a new plant and lot of money need to be spent on the waste management.
If the Malaysian government going to shut down the plant in September, LYC going to be in big trouble.
How long would you think they need to setup the plant? their cash is running very low at the moment.
Dream on that SP will go straight to $3 if they announce to build the new plant. More like sp will collapse to $1 mark.
