I’m my opinion the only reason to takeover Hillgrove is to close it. Not seeing this as a likely end game.

Also in opinion. Hillgrove should not accept less than 30million for the PHES. Anything less then forget it. It will then be time to pay accumulated cash out as a divy and then get started on the underground.

However, i remain confident the PHES will move at this price, we will get a nice divy at sone stage and that mining will recommence in sone form down the track. Not that worried about the other possibilities coming to pass
