    thats 100% correct@McKhenry...doesnt mean they have to announce the trade finance by then. Trade finance doesnt stop the deal being complete. BUD will own LIFX and will be responsible for the trade finance to expand production. As far as I can see it doesnt affect the Chinese selling the company.
