Given how many deals are PaaS deals, they do need funding otherwise its severely limits the rate at which they can sign an implement such deals. Razor thin cash/working capital and net cash burn pre-WC for PaaS deals does not provide the resources they need to chew through the pipeline as fast as possible. The company is handicapped until funding is sorted.
