In view of todays SMH Bloomberg article that cites Morgan Stanley Bank opining an immediate shortfall of 93 million tons and long term shortfall of 34 million tons of seaborne iron ore ex Brazil, I believe there is an improved likelyhood of the revised CEIP having legs.
