Yes R21, given the close family bond, it is terribly easy to confuse the two (I did so myself some moths back). Of course, as investors, one can only hope that father and son themselves do not get similarly confused about what is in their personal, their family's, and shareholders' best interest.
Luckily, I never was in such an awkward, conflicted position - or maybe my father and I simply ensured that we never got into such an awkward, conflicted position in the first place...
