My local Woolworths in South Brisbane is also often without a2 IF on shelves as they restock once a day. However, when I’ve asked staff they have confirmed that stock is available. You can pick up from the customer services desk. They store some there for those that ask and those who have registered for a regular pick up.

We now have confirmation from A2 that they operate a scarcity policy. My only concern is that potential customers when seeing empty shelves will purchase a competitors product unaware that A2 formula may be readily available.

A2 will need to maintain their marketing efforts to keep potential customers aware of the infant formula offering. To date growth has continued despite a lack of formula on shelves over the last couple of years.
