The way I read what you are saying is: you seem to be congratulating a share holder for contacting the CGB directly and having the CEO personally respond. On the other hand you seem to be saying that the company doesn't have the resources or obligation to reply to individual shareholders queries. I have a question: do companies (any ASX company) have an obligation to respond to shareholder inquiries?
