Or alternatively to all the upramping by a couple of people on here trying to regain their losses, the company announces what everyone wants to hear which is what has been happening for years then after the credit raise and the general meeting which is to approve all the directors wants and to provide termination shares to a director who resigned and only brought this company into this situation.
It will then go to a share consolidation and the number of shares will be reduced and thus enable another round of pleasures for the board and Mr Crew who has been looking after Brazil and also receives a pay rise thanks to the share holders funds.
The company still has Directors tied to finance companies which have full control over the company
The company still has many questions to answer.
When is the company going to start answering those questions?
A few new directors does not stop the questions from being answered as when they took on the directorship they new what they were getting into.
They are still as responsible to shareholders and their unanswered questions rather than just raising moor funds.
This is a company with a market Cap of less than 6 mil Dollars and debts which are in multiples of their market cap
I implore everyone to stop listening to the major upramper and do your own research before making a decision as this stock is of an extreme risk not just a high risk.
I do not like qqqqqq's repetitive warnings but he has been right in what he says and has been warning all the way along. I just wish I did not have to keep reading the same thing over and over.
