Re: "offer him 10-15% equity for plant funding", do you mean to entice him to lend AVZ money for plant funding, which they'd pay back, or do you mean he bear the $100+ million of costs for building and commissioning the plant for a 10-15% stake in the company?

I may have misinterpreted, but if the later, why would he provide $100 million or so for a $10 -15 million stake in the company? If he wanted a 10-15% stake in the company he could just buy it on market now for $15 million now couldn't he? Maybe be a bit more, but he'd get it way cheaper than $100 mill
