if Clarke needed the cash, then the deal should have been a cash and share allocation. Had that been done maybe we would not be sitting at 1.7 and possibly at least a cent or so higher.
Not happy, so this guy gets in high and sells low, yeah something smells here. Whilst the directors have bought, it is chicken sheet compared to what has been sold to date, and there is no reason to suggest that this guy not done yet!
