Equally , could be one dude just trying to upramp (IMO). Doesnt look very impressive, creates the smell of artificial trading (IMO). I'd assume we must be due for a new announcement judging by Domacoms historical frequency of releases and the last round of BOT trading on the 15 March (IMO).
