I might be a bit behind in the nuances of this game but Solg's timing it's PEA to coincide closely with it's formal bid statement seems solidly strategic. The Cornestone board may deride the offer but the major Kaching!... that shows up from the PEA is going to focus the minds of those who think. 'Hey who is generating this money/wealth anyway?'

I might be old fashioned but money talks and you know what walks.

Even worse than the spurning an offer of significant money is watching it disappear into the distance. That makes even me go weak at the knees.
