To me what is more important than the Sky Cabin is for a 'plane to go immediately it has clearance - I don't want to hear the pilot saying that the 'plane is waiting for luggage to load (which will be true, but may well be because the passengers with the luggage have yet to arrive) and for the 'plane to land at Essendon (not Tullamarine) and the limo to waft me into the CBD before other proles have struggled out of Tullamarine; I reckon nothing less than five hours deserves more than economy, unless oversize, and I have seen a captain of industry using this formula.

I can't see even Matt affording a private jet on BOT success - they are expensive to buy and run - but quite a few large holders might comfortably charter a small jet with their mates occasionally, and easily share ownership of a yacht.

We proles need to be careful how we sell our unhatched chickens.
