Running discussion on SP, page-16231

Does anybody have some insight or experience in what will happen in the future regarding the Lease? I understand our lease runs out and requires renewing in (I think) 2021? Will AVZ require a cap raise to cover the lease? Will the lease automatically renew? What is to stop a Chinese buyer working directly with DRC govt. to outbid our lease with the government and take control of the asset once it becomes available again? In other words, is there a doomsday clock ticking on the potential deal we have to achieve. Thanks in advance.
