* 800 mil shares is a high end guesstimate for EM1 post this CR + outstanding options Perhaps others would like to comment.?

Hope so for your sake as I only see this being a trading stock that keeps tapping shareholders for funds. I don’t see profits.

Only my opinion though & god knows I’ve missed plenty of good opportunities in the market
