The answer to that is somewhat contested and hard to give a snapshot what has been said already on this thread i agree with, lucky for you there years of HC threads that discuss this at length.

i inherited these shares from my dad rip in 2016 and had a good look at it qback then trippled down at 5.5 based on the probability of fda approval, whicb has turned out to be one of my best investing moves (have made many rookie errors else where!). My belief was fda in the US would, as a lead market, give enough push to get traction in US and fund rest of expansion. I originally thought was they will prob get TO after and may still happen as there are very big fish in this space.

medicine is essentially a very conservative field under pinned by the do no harm principle which imo is magnified for fields that are high risk, surgery and involve high pain level like burns. Approvals like fda and the gold stardard trials are very expensive and time consuming to get which if you read enough of the threads you will see.

i think the company sensibly focused on the main market and it will pay dividends. But have a chat to the company and read lots.

still think it will look cheap in a year at these levels maybe ridiculously!
