I dont look at intraday charts much so couldnt say if those gaps do the same as other time frames, but it is likely that they do.
It closed at its low for the day though & that is often a sign that it will dip the next bar.

The low volume narrow spread bar following the previous higher vol & Long tailed bar leads me to think we may retest the 0.91 low (or lower perhaps) again.
My system shows an 85 - 86% chance of the sp making a lower low than the last close.

The gap is 0.078 - 0.098 & has been partially filled at this stage.​

I am not expecting it to fill but if they don't get the O/T sorted out for another few weeks it will more than likely do so.
