Its interesting that an unprofitable startup (according to the owners) is able to raise $10m. I wonder how much of the company they had to give away, wouldn't think they would part with more than 50%. If that were the case then that would mean the App could be worth $10m without the cash and without making a profit, which would make CM8 look cheap. But as I say, all depends on how much of the company they had to sell.
