The perfect Australian SOP project would be high grade, large long life single deposit, close to infrastructure and gas, high brine flows from trench and base aquifer.
This doesn’t exist. Every company/project has some challenges.
These guys will need to duplicate infrastructure to exploit all their assets.
At the very least they will need halite and concentrator ponds at multiple sites. They might be able to move crude salts to a single processing plant by truck.
I think that a significant number of the lakes in the portfolio won’t be touched for years.
Lake Way looks like a good place to start the ball rolling.
