Ann: CTM ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHAIRMAN, page-15

All the drama has been about non business performance. I re read the Ann 8/11/18 - Update. Attached to the ann was the independent Auditors report commissioned to look at the Business performance aspects of the VTG report.
Ernst and Young a major firm with experience in the travel industry (they audit Flight Center) checked the books and examined the accounting methods used by CTD. They gave CTD the all clear with detailed explanations of its findings. VTG claims were unfounded.
They looked at:
Impairment testing of the USA business
Cash flow and working capital
Cash and interest income
So if you are feeling uneasy or unsure after reading the articles which are aimed at persons and their reputations rather than the business itself read the ann again.
To my knowledge the AFR has not slammed the Independent Auditors report.
